i'm in love with the Interlock Pencil Skirt from American Apparel. (i need to get one in black!) but at $32, i'm kinda iffy. AND the bottom isn't hemmed. wtf? are they just lazy or trying to save money? i don't know, but there's one just like it at urbanoutfitters and it's cheaper ($28!) and it's hemmed (!) and it's shorter (the aa one looks long and i'm petite [5ft]) so......i think the urbanoutfitters one is the winner!
