www.rilakkuma.com.hk order & review!

I've been in a Rilakkuma craze lately after getting the Rilakkuma luggage tag and organizer. I just want to get everything Rilakkuma: Rilakkuma pillow, Rilakkuma blanket, Rilakkuma plush, Rilakkuma tupperware, Rilakkuma EVERYTHING! When I found www.rilakkuma.com.hk, I went crazy seeing all the stuff they had. Here is what I ordered:

1. Rilakkuma (and Korilakkuma) contacts case, HK$52

This contacts case is so adorable, but I don't think I really needed it lol. I feel like my contacts would dry out if I brought this for travel because the dome shape of the cover gives it a lot of room inside.

2. "Lazy Mega Rilakkuma" plush, HK$152

There were some Rilakkuma plushes in the stores around my area, but they weren't the ones I was looking for. This Rilakkuma plush is big, comfy, and definitely cute! Just what I was looking for.

For the items, I paid HK$214.20 which converted to US$28.15. Not bad right? The thing that got me was the shipping. The cost for shipping (and handling fee) was HK$330.75 which converted to $43.55. So, in total I paid $71.70. Good thing was that the shipping only took 3 days to get to my house. ("Better take only 3 days for how much I paid!" was what I thought -__-) Unfortunately, Speedpost EMS is the only shipping they offer for overseas buyers.

H&M cropped sweater, Urban Outfitters high waisted jeans, McDonalds Badtz-Maru watch

went shopping on the last day of classes. it was meant to be for finishing my book essay right before it was due that day!

Mitsuwa is the best! yummy foods and kawaii things. got my favorite, Gokuri pineapple, tried yummy coconut crackers, bought a rice bowl to use with my mineral makeup, and tried a new liquid eyeliner.

Pa Liquid Eyeliner

it was the cheapest one there ($8.99) and works great! the ink comes out easily, so winged eyeliner can be filled in with just the tip! i don't know how it is with smudging since i just put it on 10 minutes ago.

badtz-maru

IMG_4223
Received the toggle coat I ordered from Target yesterday and it's satisfactory. I don't think my search for the perfect toggle coat is over though! : ]

Also received my Eyes Lips Face haul today!

IMG_4225
Travel mirror ($1) just to have in my bag and got another eyelash curler ($1) for when the pad on mine is kaput! I can't find any replacement pads that fit in the eyelash curler, so I just bought another one.

IMG_4229
IMG_4230
Bought their Studio Kabuki Face Brush ($5) to use for my Everyday Minerals makeup. I didn't expect the brush to be that big. It's so soft as well and I just love rubbing it on my face! : ] Here it is compared to the Ecotools kabuki:

Ordered another spoolie ($1) (the one I bought a long time ago broke -__-), their Studio Powder Brush ($3) (so soft!), and another Studio Small Angled Brush ($3) so I can have one for filling in my brows and one for cream eyeliner.

IMG_4226
Got eyelashes in Dramatic and Natural ($1). I bought them before and failed at putting them on, so I need more practice! Also got their Cream Eyeliner ($3).

I forgot it came with a mini angled brush! It's just like the Small Angled Brush, just less dense. It's sort of difficult to use because of the mini handle. I was hoping this cream eyeliner would not smudge on my lid, but the oil is eating away at it as we speak. Still, I'm loving this cream eyeliner because it's creamy and easy to apply. The wet n wild cream eyeliner is not as creamy in comparison.

Studio Blush in Peachy Keen (Left) and Gotta Glow (Right) ($3). Been wanting Peachy Keen for awhile even going to Target many times in vain. It's sort of meh to me. I think it's the gold shimmer/sheen. Gotta Glow is nice though! It pretty much has the same gold sheen as Peachy Keen. As a highlight, it's definitely more noticeable.
IMG_4234
sorry for the sucky swatches!

and I finally got the Sanrio watch I've been wanting--Badtz Maru! I feel like buying them all though T_T

end of the week please

Lately, the boypren and I have been making food, and yesterday we made some sushi.

On the way home from the grocery, I wanted to pass by and get a Hello Kitty cell phone charm from those quarter machines, but got a Mario one last minute and got the one the boypren wanted. It was meant to be.

Went to the Silicon Valley Heart Walk today to participate and do my video project that's due on Tuesay (ugh). Passed by Mitsuwa after, ogled at the makeup, and got noms (the Pineapple Gokuri is delicious!). Passed by Kinokuniya as well and got a Nylon that was 50% off and had a bag with it. I love it when they're 50% off! (>_<)! But I was disappointed with the magazine, because I'm so used to the thick, pictured filled VIVI. DSCF0070

At first I thought this nail polish from Urban Outfitters was disgusting, but now I'm liking it because its slightly peachy tone matches better with my skin tone : ].

The only thing I'm looking forward to other than the end of this exam-filled, project deadlines filled week are the items I ordered from Zipia through my neighbor's group order. Hooray!

Especially excited for the shoes since they have a similar pair at Urban Outfitters that's more expensive. EEEEEEEE!

too much garlic

went to the gilroy garlic festival again : ] it was nice and foggy in the morning and cleared up quickly.
the food in order: garlic fries, roasted almond(?) garlic ice cream with caramel, strawberry banana and peach smoothie, garlic bread, and ribs!
geez louieeezz, i knew cvs was expensive, but $34 for only 6 things?! i'm such a cheapie...
got glycerin and a small spray bottle to make homemade mixing medium (1/4 of glycerin, 3/4 water). it sorta helps take the powdery look of powder foundation away, but it's still a bit matte for my taste. it also makes my skin feel sticky : [. but i can't wait to use it for eyeshadows.
the finished product:

wanted to try a powder foundation since it's summer. got maybelline's purestay powder foundation in buff. it's definitely too light as seen here:gah! : [
