Kpoptown (Cosmetics) Haul & Review!

IMG_1207

Made an order with kpoptown mainly to try out Etude House's White Moistfull Skin Care Kit, but I also picked up the other two to use for travel. Kpoptown mainly sells merchandise from Korean artists and bands, but they also sell cosmetics and fashion. Some cosmetic brands they carry are Baviphat, Etude House, Holika Holika, Innisfree, Lioele, Skinfood, and Tony Moly. I didn't check the other brands but their Etude House items are priced pretty close to those in Korea but at about $2 more.

I made my order on a Wednesday, it shipped out on Friday, and I received it 12 days later. Shipping was $9.40 for Registered Air Mail. I chose that option instead of the Small Packet option which was cheaper at $5.40 because I wanted the tracking number. In the end the tracking number didn't really help because on the track-trace.com/post site it never said when it departed from Korea. The USPS website only posted a few stops as well. The order arrived perfectly packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and peanuts.

Etude House White Moistfull Skin Care Kit $7.90

Kit includes:
-Moistfull White Cleansing Foam (20ml)
-Moistfull White First Essence (15ml)
-Moistfull White Spot Treatment (5ml)
-Moistfull White Cream (5ml)

My dad is vacationing in the Philippines so I asked my cousins to get the White Moistfull Spot Treatment and Eye Roll-On from Etude House. Hopefully everything goes well and they are able to get it! I still ordered this to try out the other items from the line (Cleansing Foam, First Essence, and Cream) and to bring it with me during travel. Out of all the items I bought in this order, I'm most excited to try this one out!

Etude House Collagen Moistfull Skin Care Kit $4.90

Kit includes:
-Moistfull Collagen First Essence (15ml)
-Moistfull Collagen Facial Freshener (25ml)
-Moistfull Collagen Emulsion (25ml)
-Moistfull Collagen Firming Eye Cream (5ml)
-Moistfull Collagen Enriched Cream (10ml)

I purchased this kit to use for my basic skincare for when I travel. I love how it comes with so many items.

Etude House Baking Powder Pore Cleansing Foam (30ml/1.01 fl oz.) $1.52

Also bought this for travel purposes. I have Etude House's Happy Tea Time Peach Tea Cleansing Foam, but it's way too big to bring with me when I travel (it's 150ml). This had good reviews and is definitely portable.

Overall, I am happy and ecstatic with my order. It may seem weird that I'm buying samples that most people get for free for buying a certain amount of items, but there isn't an Etude House store in the U.S. and I'm not guaranteed these items when I purchase off of Gmarket. I'll definitely order again from kpoptown if I want to try more samples or only want a few items.

Creepers from Ebay

I've been wanting creepers for a while and finally found affordable ones on ebay!

IMG_1201
ebay creepers

Here is the listing. The ones I bought were priced at $25.36 with $18.96 shipping. I thought $44.82 was a great price to pay especially when the ones available here are $60 and up. I ordered on a Thursday, they shipped out the next day, and I received them a week later which is quick considering that it is coming from the U.K. The shoes looked a little big when I first took them out of the box, but they fit my size 7 feet with a little bit of toe room.

The box it came in

I feel like these are the cheap knockoff shoes similar to the kinds of shoes sold on sites like gojane and urbanog because of the name on the box. I don't mind because they are way better than the creepers I bought off of wholesale7 that reeked of chemicals. So far they're great, but if they fall apart I'll definitely update!

Adambeauty Haul & Review!

Made my first order from Adambeauty! I ordered on a Thursday, it shipped out the next day on Friday and I just received it today. It only took a week and shipping was only $2 for my whole order.

My items arrived safely wrapped in bubble wrap.

What I got:
IMG_1180
Sana Morning Kiss Skin Care Base SPF30 PA+++ & Omi Solanoveil Protect Face Milk SPF 50 PA+++

Pros:
-Cheap shipping
-Fast shipping
-Items not available in the U.S.

Cons:
-Items are a bit cheaper compared to other online sites, but this site uses a different conversion (for example the Sana base was listed as HK138 which converts to about $17 US, but I paid $21 for it)

I'll be trying out these two and reviewing them soon! All in all, a great first experience ordering from Adambeauty! I can't wait for my next order!

Nooo T_T

Damn, if StyleSuzi is using Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream in #27 it for sure doesn't match me T_T.

Don't tell me I need #31 now T_T. Luckily I picked up Skinfood's Peach Sake BB Cream in shade 06 Golden Beige which is actually tan/golden. I'll be posting it soon!

Sonia Kashuk Tinted Moisturizer in Honey

I got pretty tanned while in Vegas and saw that Sonia Kashuk had a new shade of their tinted moisturizer so I immediately went to Target to get it.

At first both Beige and Honey look like the same color, but after blending Honey is more golden/tanned than Beige which is slightly pink. I don't know if they have a new formula, but Honey is more thick than the Beige one I have.

Pros:
-Hydrating
-Another color option
-Good price

Cons:
-Not for people who don't like their face looking dewy
-Doesn't last long
-Not for coverage, only to even out skin tone
