Made an order back in June during Holika Holika's 30% off sale to stock up on their Bulgarian Rose Serum because I was running out. My order didn't ship out until two weeks later because I couldn't select the Paypal Express Checkout option to pay my extra shipping fee. It was frustrating because I would be emailing their customer service back and forth answering useless questions about what browser, operating system, and other stuff I was using. I stopped trying while I was gone in Las Vegas and when I came back, I tried once more to pay and I was finally able to click the Paypal option.
I received my order in the usual 3 days. The estimated shipping weight was 1.00 kg and the actual shipping weight was 1.40 kg. I paid 6,500 (~$5.87) extra for the shipping fee.
